Riverstone was proud to serve as general contractor for the newest Sephora location at Stony Point Village — the brand’s first standalone store south of the James River.

We managed the transformation of the space into a “warm vanilla box,” coordinating with the tenant, architect, and subcontractors to remove all previous tenant improvements and prepare the site for Sephora’s custom buildout.

Our scope included:

• Full demolition of prior interiors — including storefronts, finishes, furniture, ductwork, plumbing, and lighting
• Wall and floor repairs to deliver a clean, finished shell
• New plumbing and electrical infrastructure
• Structural steel installations to support HVAC and vestibule enhancements
• Roofing repairs and a fully updated, weathertight façade with new glass storefront and vestibule
