Riverstone delivered a $4 million, first-generation medical build-out for Absolute Dermatology at West Creek Medical Park, including a fully licensed ambulatory surgery center (ASC) supporting on-site skin cancer surgeries. The project required precise coordination with the shell contractor, Goochland County officials, and Mohs surgeons to meet stringent local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
