What We Did

As the world’s largest infrastructure, architecture, design, and engineering firm, AECOM maintains a significant economic presence in Central Virginia. Riverstone delivered a complex renovation-in-place of AECOM’s Innsbrook offices, aligning the workspace with AECOM’s global corporate rebrand while expanding collaboration, comfort, and return-to-office functionality.

The project included major MEP upgrades, advanced systems coordination, specialty lighting, and elevated finishes within an active, occupied environment. Riverstone executed phased construction without disruption to adjacent tenants or a 24/7, highly secure operation below—demonstrating precise planning, sequencing, and risk-managed execution under demanding operational constraints.
